Chris spent time explaining what the potential and actual issues were, and patiently explained what the readings he took actually mean for my system. I am editing this post to add that this company is OUTSTANDING—and beyond—for customer service. Tiffany and Madison are super efficient, patient snd personable. First, we had a mini-split system installed and the installers were respectful of my home, professional and thorough in their work, also very personable. In addition, our whole-house heat pump broke down. Chris spent hours troubleshooting to find the problem, then obtained the correct parts and replaced. Best technician we ever had!! We used another company for over 20 years…wish we knew about this group sooner. Superb jobs on both units and we couldn’t be happier!! And I need to include that Kyle was also at our home today for ductwork cleaning. A fine young man and he did an AMAZING job!!

From the owners to the office staff to the technicians Downtown Mechanical is a 10/10! Chris came to my house in Wildwood, NJ (from Philadelphia) took his time figured out the issue and executed. Air conditioner went down in the heatwave. After calling around we decided on Downtown Mechanical. They are very nice and gave me an appointment the following day. Adam was great, he arrived when he said he would , was respectful, knowledgeable and fixed our AC unit with ease. He also double checked everything to ensure it was perfect before he left.
