The team at Downtown Mechanical were very polite and easy to work with from scheduling the job to having their technical Chris come out the next day to service a broken HVAC unit. They kept me up to date on everything and fixed the problem on the first try. I would definitely recommend them.

Central A/C not blowing cold air, was afriad i had a leak. Chris spent time explaining what the potential and actual issues were, and patiently explained what the readings he took actually mean for my system. He answered my many questions, and was he very kind and respectful which I really, really appreciated. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and cares about doing what is right for the client. When we lost our central ac, during a heat wave I expected the worse. However, after contacting Downtown Mechanical, I received A+ service, and found a family owned company that knows how to do business. Had complete HVAC system replaced. Two units in house. Compressors on roof. Furnaces and coils in basement and second floor. Two day job. Arrived early and were thorough. Tarred house and cleaned up when finished. Highly recommend

This company is professional, affordable & efficient across the board. Also Kevin & John went above & beyond to maintain a clean work space & accommodate my schedule. Downtown mechanical came in and they were very professional.The job was done clean. Just an overall quality experience. I had a conversation with the owner who led me in the right direction. As a contractor myself, it's very hard to find individuals and companies that are responsive and don't hit you with any hidden fees etc. Highly recommend them!

If you need HVAC work done, ask for Adam! He recently repaired my system and did an absolutely outstanding job. He explained what was wrong, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working flawlessly before he left. Top-tier customer service—definitely five stars!

I am editing this post to add that this company is OUTSTANDING—and beyond—for customer service. Tiffany and Madison are super efficient, patient snd personable. First, we had a mini-split system installed and the installers were respectful of my home, professional and thorough in their work, also very personable. In addition, our whole-house heat pump broke down. Chris spent hours troubleshooting to find the problem, then obtained the correct parts and replaced. Best technician we ever had!! We used another company for over 20 years…wish we knew about this group sooner. Superb jobs on both units and we couldn’t be happier!! And I need to include that Kyle was also at our home today for ductwork cleaning. A fine young man and he did an AMAZING job!!

From the owners to the office staff to the technicians Downtown Mechanical is a 10/10! Chris came to my house in Wildwood, NJ (from Philadelphia) took his time figured out the issue and executed. My 75 year old father lives with me and Chris was so good with him explaining everything in detail what was wrong and his solution. I highly recommend Downtown Mechanical, the best in the business!

Air conditioner went down in the heatwave. After calling around we decided on Downtown Mechanical. They are very nice and gave me an appointment the following day. Adam was great, he arrived when he said he would , was respectful, knowledgeable and fixed our AC unit with ease. He also double checked everything to ensure it was perfect before he left. Will definitely use them in the future.
