This team showed up exactly on time, professional, very respectful of the property and left it cleaner than when they came in. In comparison to other quotes, their price was beyond fair. Highly recommend. I need to add that the office admin is amazing too. Nothing is more frustrating than not getting customer service Tiffany was always responsive, super nice, and today went beyond my expectations. I registered the equipment and sent an email to her asking if I captured all of the pieces. Instead of just responding, she validated the serial numbers and noticed I had listed an incorrect number. She then entered them for me. I have to say, most wouldn’t have taken the step to validate the numbers.

I talk to Matt and told him that my eighty year old mother has gotten a red tag on the heater and she live in Williamstown, New Jersey, his response. Was ill send a guy out tomorrow. Matt was awesome. We ended up getting my mother a split unit system. Matt and his crew had the new unit installed within 1 day. Matt we can't thank you and you're crew enough for the awesome job you've done.Matt also, went out of his way to purchase my mother a piece of plywood at no charge. Downtown Mechanical's service is excellent, from the estimate appointment, followup and ongoing communication, the days of installation. I felt prepared for the work, no surprises. They know South Philly homes. They respected my home and neighborhood. Their work is neat/finished and they cleaned up afterward. The heating unit is quieter, and I have central air! They even took out my 2 air conditioners; 1 above my front door. I highly recommend Downtown Mechanical.
We are really pleased with their service! They did a great job installing our HVAC system - they were fast, courteous and on time. Our house has some weird quirks, and Chris and Dave explained everything as they went and figured out a solution to an issue that popped up during the installation. The service and price were both great and everyone was easy to work with!
