Matt from Downtown Mechanical was amazing as was his team! He was so kind and understanding and made the process so easy for me. I was going through a difficult time with water intrusion due to condensation buildup and he knew exactly what to do and had his team insulate the duct work where needed. When they returned to finish the job I had my annual maintenance performed and he was kind enough to waive the fee for this year just knowing everything I was dealing with. I will 100% bring them in year after year to maintain my HVAC system moving forward.
Matt and his team at Downtown Mechanical are amazing. We were sleeping in 80° temperature 🥵, he came in did a quick fix to get us at a more comfortable temperature. Then 3 days later they installed a new unit , and now we are back to sleeping normal.🥶😴

I called to see if i could get an appointment for a check up because I was worried with my health problems I might get stuck in the heat. Madison was a pleasure to speak with as well as Tiffany. John was in my home the very next day in 100°+ heat!! He made sure my system was working efficiently by thoroughly checking everything from top to bottom and assured me I would be ok for the season. Downtown mechanical (Matt) and his crew are top notch....I had a couple issues...needed a new heater while I was in the hosp ...called Matt ...the next day it was done...my Ac was a little slow called them....next day ...also done...his crew works clean and are good guys..you need anything of the sort....give them a call...you won't be disappointed..they are my go to guys...
